‘The Icon’, developed by Risland India, was presented the prestigious ‘Iconic International Project in Mumbai’ award by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, organized by Mid Day Real Estate Icons, 2018.

Building of The Year - 2018

Skyline Tower, the tallest building in Long Island City, won the 2018 Building of the year, and beat out 11 other significant NYC buildings in a competitive two-week competition held by 6sfqt. Out of nearly 3000 votes cast, the 778-foot-tall tower took first place with a whopping 1,021 votes or 35.5% of the total.
