DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute involving the Risland Group, whether as a formal party or otherwise shall be resolved by Arbitration of a sole Arbitrator appointed by us and in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of Arbitration shall be in Mumbai and the language to be used in all proceedings shall be English.
